What will I learn?
Our Mental Health First Aid and Advocacy in the Workplace is designed to give you the foundation knowledge to support colleagues with their mental health. You will study three units:
Exploring mental health
Understand how to support individuals with mental ill health
Understand a mentally healthy environment
This course in Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace is useful for any role, particularly if you are a line manager.
Eligibility
This course is government funded, you must meet the following criteria to be able to study for free:
